Description: An introduction to physiological processes involved in artificial insemination of livestock. Processes examined will include anatomy of both male and female reproductive tracts, function of gonads, hormone function and usage, fertility, processes and equipment. Students will also receive instruction in an overview of how the full process works and can be used to benefit the producer.

Prerequisite(s): AGR 1267 AGR1267 - Principles of Animal Science ($) AGR 1268 AGR1268 - Animal Science & Industry ($) , and AGR 1226 AGR1226 - Animal Reproduction ($)  or by instructor permission.
