Description This is the first course of the paramedic technical curriculum and helps prepare the student for progression through the program. The student will develop fundamental depth and foundational breadth in the principles and practice of paramedic-level patient care.

Prerequisite(s): Student selected to enter the paramedic program. At the start of the course, each student will be required to have a background check and urinalysis completed.
