AGR1255 - Fundamentals of Food Science 3 hour(s) Elective Type: Technical Special Funding Identifier: KS Excel in CTE Initiative Description This class is designed to introduce students to the field of food science. This course will include possible jobs, food harvest, production methods, food chemistry, preserving methods, meeting nutritional needs, grading procedures used and the science involved.
