Hotel & Restaurant Management Transfer Pathway (AA)


Students in the Hotel Restaurant Management concentration acquire a wide range of management theory and practical training to prepare them for a career in the hospitality industry: restaurant production and management, hospitality accounting, marketing, law, and lodging. Currently, there is a strong demand for well-trained competent workers in the hospitality field.
