ALH5339 - Bioethics 3 hour(s) Elective Type: Elective Description: This course is designed to help the student increase his or her knowledge concerning the many ethical controversies encountered by those who work in the health care field. The student will be able to feel comfortable examining complex issues and making appropriate ethical decisions. Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to describe ethical decision making and will analyze health care issues such as confidentiality, euthanasia, distribution of health care, and family planning issues.
