Description: A course designed to study the basics of blueprint drawings and to practice obtaining desired information from blueprints. Includes: types of drawings, lines, dimensions, tolerances, specifications, and sketching techniques.

NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into pre-requisite or program coursework. Any exception would require department approval.

Prerequisite(s): This course is open to all students who are accepted in technical programs.
