Description: Students will become familiar with the operation of milling machines, grinders, types of metals, and the heat-treatment of metals. Skill is developed in the use of attachments involved with all the basic machine tools.

NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into pre-requisite or program coursework. Any exception would require department approval.
