Description: General shop safety and proper PPE is emphasized in this course. This lecture class is arranged to study the basic set up and operations of the GMAW process, the SMAW process, and the OFC process.

NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into pre-requisite or program coursework. Any exception would require department approval.
