WEL3632 - Shielded Metal Arc Welding/Pipe ($) 3 hour(s) Elective Type: Technical Elective ($) Special Funding Identifier: KS Excel in CTE Initiative Schedule Note: Fall only Description: This course offers the student an opportunity to gain the skills required to produce code quality welds on piping materials. These welds are expected to pass guided bend tests to detect flaws.
NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into pre-requisite or program coursework. Any exception would require department approval.
