Description: This is an introductory course to live animal and meat evaluation. Students will be introduced to the theory and practices used to make decisions on how livestock or meat have value and their place in the industry. This is a lecture course.

NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into pre-requisite or program coursework. Any exception would require instructor’s approval.
