AGR1276 - Livestock Rations ($) 3 hour(s) Elective Type: Technical Elective ($) Special Funding Identifier: KS Excel in CTE Initiative Schedule Note: Spring Only Description: This course studies feedstuffs, feed processing, and nutrient digestion and utilization by livestock. The student will be able to apply the principles of livestock rations to feeding livestock through the use of technology in the formulation and calculation of livestock rations based on the requirements of the different livestock species and feeding livestock. This is a lecture course.
NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into pre-requisite or program coursework. Any exception would require instructor’s approval.
