Description: An introductory course to cotton production in Southern Kansas. Information covered will include: Soil preparation, growth stages, pest types and controls, nutritional needs, harvesting, and items provided by cotton to humans and livestock.

NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into pre-requisite or program coursework. Any exception would require instructor’s approval.
