Description: Students will be introduced to framing techniques used in construction of walls, flooring and ceilings. Subjects covered will be; introduction, building materials, fasteners, adhesives, proper use of tools, readying plans and elevation, types of framing, layout, assembling frames and other hands on activities.

NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into pre-requisite or program coursework. Any exception would require department approval.
