Description: This course approaches the education of students in the application, function and proper handling of GIS (Geographic Information System), GPS (Global Positioning System) and the use of satellites in the management of a precision farming operation.

NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into pre-requisite or program coursework. Any exception would require instructor’s approval.
