AGR1228 - Livestock Production ($) 3 hour(s) Elective Type: Technical ($) Special Funding Identifier: KS Excel in CTE Initiative Description: This course approaches the education of students from a practical, real world approach to the livestock industry. The students will be introduced to the concepts of nutrition, reproduction, EPD use, selection, health, handling, and management of livestock through all phases of the industry from conception to consumers plate.
NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into pre-requisite or program coursework. Any exception would require instructor’s approval.
