Description: Students will study the International Residential Code (IRC) codes and standards associated with construction trades. The course provides an overview of the industry standard of how to read and understand the codes book and how to implement them into industry.

NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into pre-requisite or program coursework. Any exception would require department approval.
