Description: The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the construction industry trades. The course covers floor systems, wall systems, roof framing, basic stair layout, and the building of envelope systems in residential and non-residential applications.

NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into pre-requisite or program coursework. Any exception would require department approval.
