ELC3670 - AC DC Circuits I ($)

Description: AC/DC circuits address the basics of direct and alternating current circuits. The AC/DC Circuits I course offers a comprehensive exploration into the fundamental principles and applications of electrical systems, delving into both Alternating Current (AC) and Direct Current (DC) theory and circuits. Students will gain an understanding of Ohms, Watts and Kirchhoff laws as well as series, parallel and combination circuits. Students will also perform electrical measurements utilizing industry standard equipment.

NOTE: Students must earn a “C” or better to receive credit toward a technical degree, certificate, or continuance into pre-requisite or program coursework.  Any exception would require department approval.
