The course is also designed to prepare the student for the Firefighter II certification process. Upon completion of the course, the student will develop competencies to increase understanding and skills in basic and advanced fire service operations. Prerequisite(s):FIR5500 - Hazardous Materials for First Responders (or equivalent hazardous materials certification), FIR5502 Firefighter I (or equivalent certification)
