KANSAS PROMISE SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBLE PROGRAM
This certificate builds upon the skills gained from coursework completed with the Certificate A & B in NDT. The purpose of this course certificate is to focus the student on some commonly used NDT methods across all industries. The Ultrasonic and Eddy Current coursework required in this certificate allows the student to gain the required formal training hours and some hands on experience working with state of the art portable and fixed UT and ET equipment that will commonly be used for Aircraft applications as well as Tube and Shell applications (Eddy Current) that are used on a daily basis across all industries that perform NDT.
NOTE: Students are expected to demonstrate understanding and mastery of skills needed for career readiness as they progress through program coursework. A minimum grade of “C” is required on all technical coursework for successful completion of the technical certificate or degree.

*NOTE: Students completing the program online will be required to come onto campus in Arkansas City, Kansas for two weeks for practical testing as determined by instructor. The practical testing session has a $250 fee associated with it.
