Law (PRE) Transfer Pathway (AA)
Return to: Programs/Pathways (By Degree/Award)
A well-rounded background is critical to acceptance into a university law program. The American Bar Association encourages a challenging course schedule rather than a particular degree. Major universities have followed this approach to undergraduate studies for those going into law and suggest that a focus on the arts, science or mathematics can provide the skills needed to succeed in law school as effectively as the more traditional history, ethics or political science. The Association encourages courses requiring critical thinking, research skills and effective writing.
