Mathematics infiltrates every aspect of life. No matter what degree you are seeking, math is something that is useful and necessary. Recent discoveries in computer and calculator technology are changing the direction of math and expanding career opportunities. Cowley College provides a solid foundation in mathematics and prepares students for further study at the university level or for entry into our high-tech society.

Science and Math (20 hours)**
Recommended Transfer Pathway Electives (13-15 hours minimum)*
The Associate of Science degree requires a minimum of 13-15 hours of pathway electives depending on the number of credits on the Math requirement completed. Students should work with their advisor and transfer institution to determine the most appropriate courses to complete within this block.
Minimum Hours for a Degree 62*
*A minimum of 62 hours are required to earn a Cowley Degree, however, additional credit hours may be outlined on the transfer pathway to meet the program requirements for a transfer institution.
Depending on skill level and assessment scores, students may be required to take the necessary basic skill or prerequisite courses prior to enrolling in the program courses.
