Criminal Justice (AGS) Degree Pathway

The Associate of General Studies in Criminal Justice allows students to obtain a degree free of the state mandated KLETC requirement. It also offers students degree flexibility. By taking the additional technical courses, students can obtain a certificate C that prepares the student for an entry-level law enforcement career.

**In addition to completing the AGS Degree, students can complete the above course(s) to also earn the Criminal Justice Certificate C award.

Depending on skill level and assessment scores, students may be required to take the necessary basic skill or prerequisite courses prior to enrolling in the program.
