MUS2621 - Music Theory II (T►) 3 hour(s) Elective Type: Elective (T►) Kansas Regents System Wide Transfer Course: [KRSN MUS1030] Description: This course includes a study of the principles of voice leading; three- and four-voice writing of triads in root position and first and second inversions. Harmonic progression, musical form, cadences, phrases, periods, and non-chord tones are studied in depth. Music Theory II is a requirement of all music majors and should be taken concurrently with MUS2626 - Aural Skills II .
Prerequisite(s): MUS2620 - Music Theory I (T►) .
